Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and customers over email and via our support platform
- Build an understanding of client process and policies
- You should be able to think on your feet, respond clearly using templates and follow due process. You will escalate customer issues as needed to your team manager
- Haveastrong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of the larger team environment.
Minimum Qualifications (Must have):
- B.Comgraduate with previous experience (must) in Customer Service and email support in the financial markets space
- Knowledge and experience working in finance, stock markets, balance sheets, P&L
- Excellent English communication skills and excellent written communication skills
- Proven ability to provide great customer experience
- Experience working on a computer, familiarity with email, Microsoft word and excel
