Roles & responsibilities:
- Write content for B2C and B2B communication - ad copy, email newsletters, website content, blogs, brochures, product briefs, solution briefs, testimonials, case studies etc.
- Responsible for researching, conceptualizing, writing, proofreading and editing original content for all communication material including electronic, print, online, digital, AV, collaterals, merchandise, etc
- Create innovative ideas and concepts for multiple campaigns and messaging
- Familiarizing themselves with Company's products and services, the target audience and competitors' activities
- Writing clear, persuasive and original copy
- Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
- Amending, revising or redeveloping scripts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative team, product and client servicing teams and to optimise marketing investment returns
- Improvement in customer engagement with content
- Quality and quantity of content developed
- Impact of content in customer acquisition and retention
- Result oriented Content Optimisation for marketing spend
- All round development of all communication for both B2B and B2C
Other Attributes:
- Strong time management skills, with ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to analyze results and refine content along with articulation, rationalization and concept presentation effectively
- Should be able to create easy to comprehend copy and quirkiness in content to suit the target customers
- Fast thinking individual who can create/write content on a variety of topics and for multiple audiences
- An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly (B2C segment tone)
- Written and spoken English skills is a must and proficiency in other languages will be desirable
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced startup environment
- Sound interpersonal and group communication skills
Past Experience/Basic Qualifications/Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have worked with a Grade-A Advertising Agency or an established E-Commerce site
- Have worked on small to large Creative marketing Campaigns as part of a team
- Experience in editing and proofreading content for grammar, facts, and style guide consistency is required
- Must have worked on high volume Email newsletter and other campaigns and ideas
