- We are a hyper-growing Bangalore-based startup where we are reimagining TripAdvisor for Millennials through videos, visualised textual information and immersive content. The platform is powered by user-generated video content, which is being created intrinsically by our strong & growing community. In 8 months of product launch, we have grown to over 500K users who have created over 1M travel & local stories on the platform, so far. The geography-wise distribution of user-generated content on Trell currently looks like this.

The Customer Success Associate is the primary link between trell and our Users. In this position, you will ensure that Trell customers make the best possible use of the Trell platform, equip them to pursue their strategic objectives, and help them achieve their desired business goals.
What You Will Do:
- Empower Trell users to improve their digital experiences and achieve business objectives through the adoption of Trell
- Increase renewal rates, drive adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and cultivate trell advocates to generate new business
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer and advocate for your clients- needs (services, support, product management, executive alignment)
- Leverage knowledge of the Trell platform and industry best practices to craft and present strategic solutions that ensure clients achieve their goals through product utilization and provide excellent consultative support
- Develop user champions by applying right mix of advisory and hands on expertise of the platform
- Identify opportunities for user references and case studies
- Deliver a significant individual contribution while collaborating with and strengthening teammates
What Makes You Qualified :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top college or university, or relevant experience
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Flexibility to work with our customers in North America in their time zone
