Regional Business Manager
Responsibilities:
- To manage the business in the assigned region and deliver on topline as well as bottom-line.
- To manage the 7-star service standards through performance management of staff, store operations, Visual Merchandising, back-end management, CRM, HR overview and training.
- Drive initiatives to achieve financial deliverable of all stores in the Region.
- Co-ordination across different functions to implement smooth functioning of all stores in the region
- Store Management in the respective Region to ensure smooth functioning aimed at achieving targets
- People Management
- Competition study and analysis
- SOP adherence
