Job Summary
- The B2B sales manager at Treebo is expected to be an independent individual who can portray high ownership towards building the B2B sales engine for Treebo. The sales manager is responsible for increasing Treebo's revenue from B2B tie-ups and will primarily spend time doing corporate sales.
- The role requires 70% time to be spent on the field and 30% time problem solving and taking stock of progress. Generating ideas and proposing new ways to maximize B2B sales is a core expectation in this role.
- This is an individual contribution role with scope for fast progression into people management roles.
- Originates and closes accounts transactions with new, existing and former customers within an assigned target market to develop new business, and retain and penetrate existing business.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes strategies to drive growth, retention and profitability of accounts and optimize market penetration.
- Drives wing-to-wing sales process including customer prospecting, lead generation, making sales calls, analyzing data, preparing proposals and hotel packages, negotiating price or other terms, and coordinating onboarding and ongoing relationships with customers
- High level of customer engagement
