Job Reole: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Offline & Local Initiatives

Position Overview

You will lead company's marketing execution within a set geography.

Assigned to locations, you are responsible for the execution of all key priorities including sales, brand related activations, insight generation on sales behaviors, alliances with local businesses, local competition tracking and identification/implementation of local opportunities.

You represents Treebo Hotels in the assigned locations, while being fully accountable for the execution and performance within the set geography, this will include sales targets through our direct acquisition channel. You will report to the Central Manager - Local & Offline Marketing.

Key Accountability :

- Responsible for identifying new sales channels, understanding potential and end-to-end ownership of implementation along with sales generated

- Owns the sales numbers in their specific location and is the local expert - 80% of time in field leading to brilliant execution in local area

- Responsible for regular interaction with Guests either F2F or on call and generating relevant insights on profile, use case and decision making process and planning marketing activities in line with that at a local level

- Implements and executes the marketing plans to deliver the required sales target & market share target by location.

- Deliver the required local marketing measures as per the agreed KPIs - specific execution on marketing initiatives, activation, ATL, BTL media spend and alliances

- Complete awareness and reporting of competitor channels and initiatives

- Daily local reporting of all key measures and insights to internal stakeholders

- Analyze local business opportunities and provide input into the development of speed to market
