Treebo Hotels - Online Reputation Management Professional (1-7 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To take care of all guest-facing online channels which is inclusive but not limited to: Email Management,
- Social Media and Reviews on Online Travel Websites
- Ensure that all email communications on all guest-facing email accounts are responded to and ensure follow up on cases as and when required.
- Ensure that all social media communications from guests are responded to and ensure follow up on cases as and when required.
- Ensure timely response to guest reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that guest issues are resolved, including but not limited to, communicating with the guest in parallel to ensure resolution.
- Taking up other projects or assigned responsibilities on an ongoing basis
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree with strong command of the English Language
Work Experience: 1-3 years
- Preferably should have worked in an organization where the candidate has communicated to customers directly over email and social media.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
