Duties/Responsibilities :


- We are re-thinking inbound sales.


- We are obsessed with delivering nothing but the best to our guests. And in this role as a Contact Center Sales Champion, you will be doing just that!


- You will be communicating with our guests and business partners over the phone.


- You will be the first point of contact to enhance inbound sales efforts.


- You will plan and execute daily and monthly sales targets.


- You will relay customer feedback to the organization. Rotational Shifts, 6 days working - 1 day rotational off (No Fixed off)


Required Skills/Abilities :


- Tele-Sales / Inbound Sales experience - 1 Year.


- You love speaking with new people over the phone.


- You have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English.


- You are a start-up enthusiast and understand what it takes to be part of a young and fast growing team.


- You are tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Applications and CRM tools.


- Adapt to a rotational shift based environment with a 6day work week.
