Traydo - Manager - Enterprise Sales (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative with a strong background in selling tech or SaaS products in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market trends in the Southern India region. This role requires an individual who is approachable, self-motivated, adept at creating and maintaining relationships, and has a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections

- Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value

- Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs

Skills / Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

- Previous experience in a sales role for a tech/fintech or SaaS company

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors

Work Schedule:

- Work from Office from Monday to Friday
