Traya Health - Manager - Online Reputation Management (4-5 yrs)
About Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Online Reputation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 Years of experience in reputation management and social media, with a strong foundation in formulating and implementing strategies to maintain our online reputation and enhance our online brand presence. Additionally, familiarity with social listening tools and practices is required to effectively monitor and respond to online conversations about our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor online mentions, reviews, and discussions related to the brand using social listening tools and other relevant platforms
- Analyse sentiment and trends in online conversations, identifying potential risks and opportunities for engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to align reputation management efforts with overall brand messaging and initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online reputation management and social listening
- Generate regular reports and insights on online reputation metrics, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in online reputation management
- Proficiency in social listening tools such as Hootsuite Insights, Konnect Insights or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reputation management strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and challenges in the digital landscape
