We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts within the IT or Travel industry, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competition within the IT or Travel industry to identify opportunities.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to maximize their performance.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT or Travel sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, KPIs, and sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in Sales profile in the IT or Travel industry.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Open to travel as needed.
