We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Onboarding & Feedback Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment their onboarding journey to they sign contract to their full integration with our services along with scheduling their product training. This role is essential for fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring that each client's journey with us starts off on right foot. You will also gather and process client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome new clients over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the onboarding process.

- Review client contracts to ensure all terms, conditions, and deliverables are clear and accurately represented.

- Regularly engage clients to gather feedback on their experience with our services.

- Document, analyze, and report client feedback to relevant internal teams

- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and other platforms.

- Write professional, polished emails to clients, ensuring clarity and a customer-centric tone.

- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date client records

- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented attitude in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients at all levels.

- Voice Clarity & Pronunciation: Strong ability to speak with clarity and professionalism over the phone.

- Customer-centric attitude: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Politeness and Professionalism: Courteous, empathetic, and respectful in all client interactions.

- Strong Email Writing: Ability to craft well-written, professional emails that convey information effectively and clearly.

- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing contracts, documentation, and feedback.

- Problem-solving skills: Proactively identify client issues and work with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
