Key Responsibility Areas :
- Proposing right solutions to clientsby assessing their individual requirements
- Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research research.
- Selling different products and services of website to Corporate and business houses.
- New client acquisitionand help them understand the various online solutions available with thebusiness.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Assessing client requirements and then customizing as per their needs.
- Creating database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding therequirementsand proposing the right solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
- Help Hotels manage their room inventories across different Online Travel Agents (Makemytrip, Expedia, etc.) by selling the application software to them.
- Effectively search for prospective clients, generate sales and make cold calls.
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including online demos, negotiation, onboarding on our platform, initial setup, contracting, invoicing, payment follow-up and upselling new features.
