About the Role
We are looking to employ an experienced and persuasive Ad Sales Manager - Television in Delhi.
The AD Sales representative has to convince potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services. The responsibilities include identifying clients' needs, researching competitors' advertising services, products, and prices, and responding to potential clients- inquiries.
To be successful as an AD Sales representative, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients. Ultimately, an outstanding Television AD Sales representative should achieve excellent customer service and continually meet or exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Prospect and partner with agencies and organizations by building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Exceed sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and pricing and yield goals.
- The ability to create exciting sale pitches. Excellent negotiator, strong closing skills, and an ability to recognize and act on great opportunities.
- Excellent time management with strong administration and organizational skills.
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, CRM, and sales report maintenance.
- Interface with clients and agency personnel to fulfill requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client presentations to include competitive info, landscape, and sponsorship ideas.
- Should be able to quickly get connected with all major media buying agencies and be able to follow up with them on a regular basis.
- Understand the market, sales process, negotiate and close deals in conjunction with the reporting authority.
- Facilitate the sale of program sponsorships, spot packages, etc.
- Problem solving within the context of the job and develop client database through networking, cold calling, references, etc.
- Do market research and evaluate customer needs and accordingly generate leads. Display a go-getter attitude and convert leads into clients.
- Provide company information in detail to the clients through effective presentation and effective communication skills.
- Work efficiently so that the targets are met in time for effective business development. Should be able to handle work pressure.
- Should attend customer queries confidently whether telephonically or personally.
- Total field sales job hence candidate should be willing to travel within and outside the city.
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- The candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in television sales.
- Strong negotiating skills and a go-getter attitude.
- Proven Success in Revenue Generation.
- Clear understanding of the portfolio.
- Competent knowledge of other media & Channels.
- Good understanding of the media planning and buying process.
- Proven administration, organizational, leadership skills, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work closely with a wide range of internal departments and to forge good relations with those departments.
