Travelxp - Executive - Holiday Package Sales (2-4 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY : The Holiday Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales (B2C) to achieve the targets. The success in this profile means promoting and selling national and international holidays to travelers.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide our clients with the best travel (tour) package deals.
- To ensure generating revenue by Selling Holiday Packages for the domestic and outbound tour (Europe / Southeast Asia / Middle East Destinations).
Generate sales through leads, inquiries received via :
Emails : Understand the customer's query and reply with accurate information.
Chats : Attending and responding the queries through the chat tool.
Inbound Calls : Attending the calls and ensuring the queries are converted into sales.
Outbound Calls : To call the clients and convert the leads.
- Secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care.
- Achieve the assigned sales targets.
- Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Good convincing power.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of different countries and their tourist spots.
- 2-4 years of experience in selling Holiday Packages.
- Graduate/IATA with Travel and Tourism Diploma.
