The Holiday Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales to achieve the targets. The success in this profile means promoting and selling national and international holidays to travellers. 

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Provide our clients with the best travel (tour) package deals.

To ensure generating revenue by Selling Holiday Packages for domestic and outbound tour (Europe / Southeast Asia / Middle East Destinations) Generate sales through leads, enquiries received via:Emails: Understand the customer's query and reply with accurate information.

Chats : Attending and responding the queries through chat tool Inbound Calls: Attending the calls and ensuring the queries are converted into sales Outbound Calls : To call the clients and convert the leads Secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care. Achieve the assigned sales targets Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
