We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive.
- The Business Development Executive has to convince potential clients to purchase advertising space and ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with our advertising products and services.
- To be a successful Business Development Executive, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Prospect and partner with agencies and organizations by building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Exceed sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and pricing and yield goals.
- The ability to create exciting sale pitches.
- Excellent negotiation, and external and internal communication for the purpose of ensuring that all opportunities to drive sales volume are capitalized on.
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations, database management, CRM, and sales report maintenance.
- Interface with clients and agency personnel to fulfill requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client presentations to include competitive info, landscape, and sponsorship ideas.
- Should be able to quickly get connected with all major media buying agencies and be able to follow up with them on a regular basis.
- Understand the market, sales process, negotiate and close deals in conjunction with the reporting authority.
- Facilitate the sale of program sponsorships, spot packages, etc.
- Problem-solving within the context of the job and develop client database through networking, cold calling, references, etc.
- Provide company information in detail to the clients through effective presentation and effective communication skills.

- Should attend to customer queries confidently whether telephonically or personally.
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience.
- Strong negotiating skills and a go-getter attitude.
- Proven Success in Revenue Generation
- A clear understanding of the portfolio.
- Competent knowledge of other media & Channels.
- Good understanding of the media planning and buying process.
- Proven administration, organizational, leadership skills, and creative thinking skills.
- Should be able to handle work pressure.
- Ability to work closely with a wide range of internal departments and to form good relations with those departments having good PR in corporate and retail agencies and clients.
