Travelxp - Chief Marketing Officer (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Lead the Marketing department in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the company brand.
- Develop and implement the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign based on industry-leading insight.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand and reputational risk to ensure it is optimally aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Create internal synergies to expand brand exposure and also expand, develop and maintain media relationships to create a positive internal and external image associated with brand recognition.
- Provide on going tracking, measurement, KPI and ROI analysis for the team's marketing initiatives and campaigns to provide clear, actionable insights that inform and inspire communication and brand initiatives.
- Identify, prioritize and properly resource key initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty, satisfaction and business revenue.
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the organization's digital footprint, while effectively utilizing SEO, SEM and other.
Skills required :
- Bachelor's Degree required, Post Grad is a plus, preferably in Business, Marketing, Advertising, and Communications or other related field.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in planning, managing and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the media industry is preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms along with advanced subject matter knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
- Proven leaderships expertise with effective team building skills.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency.
- Solid research skills with the ability to stay ahead of current marketing industry trends.
- A passion for radical innovation and a deep understanding of tomorrow's groundbreaking technologies, innovation trends, and consumer needs.
