Travel Unravel Holidays - Executive - UK Travel Sales (1-4 yrs)
Travel Unravel is looking to hire passionate travel sales executive to join our team in our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate is the one who likes to work in a dynamic travel agency and enjoy challenging situations at work. You must adapt to the competitive environment that we have build here with a target-based sales profile.
Job Description :
- Sell flight tickets to UK passengers
- Working on GDS (Amadeus) to check the airfares
- Making new customers and further converting them to repeat customers by providing the best customer experience.
- Generate PNRs and deal with the airlines to issue new tickets.
- Answering campaign calls to promote the brand.
- Upselling the brand and building a rapport with the customers to make them come back to us for their next travels
Desired Candidate :
- 1 to 4 years of experience in travel industry with hardcore sales.
- Sound knowledge of geography, especially for the UK market.
- GDS background is a must (Amadeus/Sabre).
- Campaign calling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates with travel sales/upselling background especially from US market are preferred.
- Able to handle pressure with a good sales aptitude. Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Excellent spoken English, communications and convincing skills.
