Travel Sales Consultant (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You would be:
- Working in a state-of the art call center, as part of a dynamic sales team
- Managing high call volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
- Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals and insurance
- A seasoned travel professional with exceptional GDS knowledge.
1) Take incoming calls from customers.
2) Resolving customer queries over the chat or call.
3) Up selling of packages.
4) Should be having minimum 2 year experience in tour and travels industry.
5) Should be experience in UK shift.
