Job Description :
Position: Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant
Location: South Delhi
Experience: 2-8 Years
Working Days : 5 Days
Knowledge and Skills :
- Excellent Reservation knowledge in GDS system. Sabre, Amadeus Preferred
- Action Ticketing queues daily basis.
- Liaise with clients via email providing quotes and issuing tickets
- Make Bookings for Hotels, Transfers and Activities using web based system
- Creating Invoices
- Emailing documentation (E-Tickets, Vouchers)
- Creating Draft Itineraries based on Travel requirements in MS Word
- Good Knowledge of MS Word / Excel
- IATA qualified/any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would also be an advantage.
- Should be flexible in working for rotational shifts.
- Excellent communications skill
- Knowledge of US Market (city code, Input Code, Hub Code, Airline Code)
- Voice process

Shift Timings:
- 6:30 AM
- 2:30 PM
- 11:30 PM
