Travel Consultant - Sales - Walkin (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
- Provide recommendations on destinations, flights, accommodations, and tours.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and travel products.
Requirements :
- Proven experience between 2 and 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers through Telephone and Email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus.
