Travel Consultant - Sales (1-3 yrs)

Travel Sales Consultant at Gurgaon.

- 12th Only.


- 6 months to 3 yrs exp.


- 20 - 30 yrs age only.

Salary : 25.0 K to - 35.0 K Monthly

Role :


1. Require a minimum of 6 months of experience in Telesales /Outbound/Inbound from the Travel & Tourism Industry.


2. The candidate will be responsible for preparing customized itineraries to suit the client's/customer preferences and budget.


3. The candidate's major role will be into upselling the travel tickets & must have experience of any GDS (preferably Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo).

Shift Timings : 4:00 am - 1:00 pm (day shift)

Weekly Working Days : 5 Days

Note : 2 Roster Week Off/2 Way Cab Facility Provided

Selection Criteria :

1) 6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing in Travel / Tourism mandatory

2) Experience in preparing customized itineraries

3) Require a minimum of 6 months of experience in Telesales /Outbound/Inbound from the Travel & Tourism Industry

4) Must have experience of any GDS (preferably Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo).

5) Fluent English skills, Ability to Speak, Read & Write

6) Good Hindi skills, Ability to Speak

7) Candidates should bring all the documents on the date of joining

Job Description :

- Minimum experience required is of 6 months into Telesales / Outbound / Inbound.

- Must have knowledge of any GDS (preferably Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo).

- Good Destination Knowledge.

- Good knowledge of fares rules and restrictions.

- Liaising with clients over the phone, web chat or via email to discuss their travel requirements.

- Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance, and fares.

- Preparing customized itineraries to suit the client's preferences and budget.

- Making and confirming bookings, via a Global Distribution System - Galileo.

- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.

- Meeting profit or sales targets.

- Collect booking payments, deposits, and balances.

- Create and update profiles and queries of clients in CRM and document each conversation of the client made over the phone, web chat or via email in CRM.

- Use promotional techniques to sell itinerary & tour packages.

- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints.

- Assist clients for any after sales query.

- Update all the special service requests of clients in their booking.

- Dealing with airlines to confirm special service requests and update the status to the client.
