Responsibilities of the Candidate :

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

- Research and recommend destinations, itineraries, and travel arrangements.

- Book flights, hotels, and other travel services.

- Handle travel logistics, including visas, insurance, and transportation.

- Provide clients with travel information and advice.

- Resolve travel issues and emergencies.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Stay up-to-date on travel trends and industry developments.

- Market and sell travel products and services.

Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 1-3 years of experience as a travel agent or in a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of travel industry software and tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their dream vacations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.

- Experience in corporate travel or luxury travel.

- Foreign language proficiency.

- Certification from a recognized travel agent association.
