Travel Consultant - Sales (0-5 yrs)
Purpose of the Job :
- Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Help travellers book vacation homes and close deals over phone and email.
- Drive booking and revenue numbers higher by creating innovative travel solutions that address client needs.
- Handle escalations in a calm manner.
- Go the extra mile to meet or exceed sales targets and facilitate future sales.
- Answer questions about the service or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Provide problem resolutions to customer queries over the phone, email, and chat platforms.
Desired Experience Profile :
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills such as persuasion, escalation handling, solution providing, sales, writing, closing.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Motivation for sales, and identification of customer needs and challenges.
- A performance and solution-oriented approach.
- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
Notes :
1. Rotational shifts : 9am to 6pm, 2pm to 11pm, with a rotating roster for weekends shifts. (Women are not required to work the evening shifts).
2. Office location : 32nd Milestone Corporate Office, NH-8 Sector 15 Part 2, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001.
3. Cab service : To and from IFFCO Chowk metro station for the 9am-6pm shift.
