Travel Consultant/Agent/Executive (1-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Receiving Inbound calls, attending to customer queries for holiday packages, selling tour packages, knowledge of international booking & ticketing.
- Create PNR, make reservations, GDS Experience (sabre preferred)
- Meet the defined targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good communication skills
- Should be flexible for rotational shifts.
- Knowledge on GDS- Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo or Worldspan
- Knowledge of retail travel environment, travel & tours
- Client handling skills, costing, and selling of packages
- Location is Delhi
