Position : German speaking Travel Advisor / Consultant (Asia)

Location : Delhi

Job Role Description:

- Planning and selling trips through:

Prioritizing & serving leads: understand guest interest & advise them

Customize trips based on guest interests using our internal travel application, Travel Maker

Managing guest information efficiently

- Ensure excellent guest feedback by smart itinerary creation and strong fit with guest interests.

- Capture and enter key information from guests into our CRM to enable smart marketing, repeat bookings and growing customer lifetime value.

- Contribute ideas for promotions, mailers, guest outreach, templates, website, etc in order to grow sales.

What We're Looking For:

- A university degree, a minimum of 2-3 years work experience (preferably within the travel industry)

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and German language (native speaker / native-like speaker preferred). Atleast C1/ C2 level in German language skills.

- For Travel Consultant position / Sr Travel Consultant - A person with OCI or PIO card or an Indian that has lived in a German speaking country for a longer period of time.

- Knowledge of India and Asian destinations like Thailand, Sri Lanka, etc. will be an added advantage.

- Cultural openness and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

- Pleasant, confident, hard- working, sincere and organized individuals. Friendly and capable of adapting to a new working environment easily with open ideas and a bright learning attitude.

- Should possess a working knowledge of computers
