About the Organisation -
Tratoli is a start up in travel domain. At Tratoli, we are building a holiday planning platform which will help traveller to seamlessly plan, customise and book holiday tour of various domestic and international destinations. We want to connect travellers and travel agent with the different travel service providers across the world on a single platform, empowering them to make planning, booking and travelling smooth and convenient.
Roles and responsibility -
- Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
- Determine customers- needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
- Plan and arrange tour packages
- Find fare and schedule information
- Calculate total travel costs
- Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, such as tours and excursions
- Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas
- Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Meeting profit or sales targets
