Tranzact - Executive - Lead Generation (1-3 yrs)
- Reach out to potential prospects through outbound calling and explain TranZact- s offerings to them
- Manage, nurture and convert prospects into leads by understanding their requirements
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets and making a database of the same
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients on to our CRM Software
- Direct communication with corporate clients to promote our services
- The primary focus of the role is generating qualified prospects for Sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified prospects into qualified leads
Requirements :
- Experience of 1-3 years in identifying potential customers & pitching the product to heads of Procurement, Finance, Sales, as well as to the CEO & CFO
- Graduation Degree from Tier I / Tier II Colleges (MBA good to have)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Ability to work within and improve sales processes
- Experience in managing pipelines in SaaS platform / SCM
- Skilled at making small talk, street smart with strong spoken & written English
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
