TranZact - Executive - BTL Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Location - Nasik
- We're in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up', and are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in SaaS organizations, to build, lead and be responsible for driving revenue and new customer acquisition for TranZact.
- We built a cloud-based business platform where manufacturers & traders can network with each other and discover trusted buyers and suppliers on the network.
- Founded in 2016, TranZact is a B2B business platform for Indian Manufacturing & Trading SME's. TranZact brings different teams of SMEs on a single platform where they can collaborate efficiently to manage their entire business. On TranZact, companies can create documents, communicate and collaborate to grow their business rapidly.
- On top of the business transaction platform, we want to build an Intelligent Transaction-backed Marketplace to connect buyers with relevant and trusted suppliers and provide value-added services such as logistics & financial services.

What will I be doing?
- Assist in creating , implementation and developing annual marketing plan
- Managing the relationship with the BTL agencies.
- Planning & supervising the seasonal On Ground Activations & Promotions.
- Manage events including planning and executing Events & Exhibitions
- Draft and execute specific marketing programs according to above plan
- Understand marketing and commercial sectors objectives and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs
- Monitoring market activities (competitors).
- Designing and implementing POS materials
- Responsible for preparing and arranging our projects Launch plans
- Prepare reports, specifications and creative briefs.
What do I need?
- Minimum experience of 2-5 years with enough knowledge about the know-hows of BTL campaign, activations and campaign operations.
- Good idea of general management that involves in-house work along with professional collaborations.
- Command over sales and marketing to assist the Team whenever, and wherever required.
- Team Management abilities that involve versatility and flexibility in order to get the work done.
- A hunger for personal growth and overall development will definitely help you fair well and keep up with the ever-evolving changes of this medium of marketing.
