Transsion - Digital Marketing Role - eCommerce (7-9 yrs)
A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The primary responsibility is to :
- Build Tecno mobiles brand equity in online channel
- Grow Ecommerce traffic, conversion and improve digital marketing efficiency
B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Implement and Execute Data Driven marketing using relevant platforms and tools
- Performance Marketing at various stages of the Product Lifecycle
- Plan and strategize to ensure key KPIs of the digital campaigns are delivered by planning an always-on digital strategy that covers programmatic, paid, search, social and ecommerce.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual marketing calendar for respective account
- Plan and Execute campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart. etc. marketplaces to drive high ROAS and visibility to drive sales volumes.
- Responsible for online creative and content strategy
- Define and execute Digital marketing strategy for Tecno brand in online channel
- Periodic reporting on performance of campaigns and sales
- Maintaining catalogue, timely updates, launching new products
- Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition and lowering customer acquisition cost(CAC)
- Continuous experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI
C) IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Skills/ Experience Required:
- Ideal candidate will have 7-9 years- experience in digital marketing space, should have handled multiple facets of digital marketing- social, display/ performance marketing - including experience of marketing on eCommerce platforms. Should have hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, ecommerce analytics monitoring etc.)
- B2C digital marketing experience is a must
