Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales development team to generate high-quality leads.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach campaigns.

- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales targets, and report on performance.

- Identify new markets and customer segments to expand the business.

- Train, mentor, and support the sales development representatives to maximize their performance.

- Work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.

- Experience in SaaS or consulting services is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
