TransGraph Consulting - Senior Sales & Business Development Manager (4-8 yrs)
Job Requirements:
TransGraph is seeking Sales Hunters with passion for commodities to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the Commodity Research & Consulting industry.
- Proven experience of minimum 4 years in B2B sales, with a focus preferably on commodities, research or consulting services.
- Understanding of future, options and hedging activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Good networking skills with ability to proactively interact with top management/key decision makers in the company and ability to develop and establish good relationships.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- He/ She should be willing to travel as per the business requirement.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (creating presentations, proposals)
- Master's degree in business management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and reach out to potential clients in the commodity sector. Use various strategies, including cold calls, emails, social media and networking, to generate new leads. Maintaining a healthy pipeline which will enable to meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals : Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision makers to showcase TransGraph's services, emphasizing their value and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiation and Closing : Successfully negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both TransGraph and the client. Close deals efficiently and effectively.
- Client Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Managing the payment
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities within the commodity consulting sector
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management.
- Product Knowledge : Continuously enhance your understanding of TransGraph's services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and sell the company's offerings.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Research, Customer Service, and IT to ensure a seamless client experience.
