Job Description :

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to scale our top-of-the-funnel acquisition of customers. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within enterprise accounts. You will need to discover qualified opportunities by targeted outbound prospecting through telemarketing.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Qualified Leads and scheduling of first meeting of prospects with Sales Team

2. Initiate telephonic contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning

3. Execute various call campaigns & Meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day

4. Present key selling points, features, and benefits while remaining focused on the prospect's needs and expectations

5. Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision-makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future

6. Persuade right party contacts for in-person or on phone meetings with the sales representatives

7. Launch cold email campaigns

8. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

9. Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements, and qualify them

Job Requirements :

1. Strong command of English Language

2. Has extensively worked on B2B campaigns

3. Internet savvy and experience with Word and Excel, familiarity with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com, HubSpot, highly desirable

4. Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong listening skills

6. Ability to understand client requirements

8. Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection

9. Self-motivated to work independently
