Transfast - Executive - Customer Support (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Attend customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Recording details of inquiries, complaints, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up on customer grievances.
- Maintaining data in CRM Software and generating reports.
- Handling emails and to coordinate with Central/Regional Offices.
Key skills :
- The person needs to be polite and tactful in nature.
- Multi-linguistic -able to handle English and Hindi fluently.
- Any additional language is an added advantage.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in any shifts.
- Need to have good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in BPO/KPO/Banks/Forex /Money Transfer Enterprises/NBFCs desired.
