Transcorp - Manager - Corporate Sales (2-8 yrs)
- Corporate Sales (Travel Sales)To develop and execute growth strategies that increase user acquisition and retention, as well as identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the Indian payment industry.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulatory developments, and competition in the region.
- To make informed decisions about product and marketing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on growth opportunities and challenges

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Departmental Activity Develop and execute growth strategies to increase cross function sales
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the team
- Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions about product and marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate coordination and synergy among internal departments to streamline processes and optimize cross-functional collaboration for enhanced business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic plans for expanding cross-functional sales efforts.
- Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize cross-selling opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Organizational Activity Market & Industry research for the betterment of the business.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards growth goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on growth opportunities and challenges.
- Plan and Execute best process in the system. Ability to build and train team
