Transcom - Customer Service/Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Blusmart process. This role involves a blend of chat and voice interactions, providing excellent customer support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through chat and voice channels
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through resolution processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (preferred) for experience candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
