Transcloud - Business Development Role (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Representative with a go-getter attitude and experience in the cloud space. This role involves generating qualified leads and building a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about his role & motivated to uncover new opportunities and has a strong desire to add value and grow. The candidates should have at least 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct lead generation activities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
- Research and identify suitable prospects and understand their needs and highlight our value proposition.
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to the fullest extent to maximise output of the tools
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the Sales team to further develop opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, manage lead data in CRM systems, and follow up to maximise engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company objectives.
- Take ownership and accountability for achieving and surpassing set targets.
- Bring a creative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance processes, strategies, and outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Prior experience in the cloud industry, with a basic understanding of cloud services and solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude with the ability to connect with prospects effectively.
- Thorough understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and various lead-generation platforms.
- Maintains a solid professional presence on social media.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of the cloud space and industry trends.
- Experience with email marketing or automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.
