Transact Global - Technical/Customer Support Specialist (0-2 yrs)

- Speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner and help them resolve any problems faced while using Innoviti's product/s

- Being the front-line support for customers over via phone, web, email, chat and other channels as required addressing 100-150 issues each day

- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues

- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

- You have passed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study with knowledge of C Programming, Java, Linux,MySQL, Web Services.

- You are highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency

- You have good in problem analysis, troubleshooting, requirement analysis

- Ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people

- High level of enthusiasm about helping and serving customers, strongly customer and solution-oriented personality

- Ability to handle large volumes of calls independently with a high level of drive, initiative and self-motivation

- You are capable of working on a cross-functional team to solve business & tech problems

- Most of all, you enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment full of young, overachieving tech enthusiasts.

Language: Mandatory Hindi, English fluently speaking, any one south Indian language is an advantage.

Location: You reside with in 10 Kms from our office.

shifts timing like-

6 days working 16- 7 shifts.

Rotating shifts(7:00 am to 4:00 Pm and 2:00 pm to 11:00 midnight)

Any one day will Rotational offs

9 Hours Login (including 1 Hour Break)
