JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TRAVEL DESK : 

Brief description of the Profile (Voice Process) :

- You will be hired as Senior Customer Support Representative wherein you will be provided with a comprehensive training in all the major streams for Customer Service operations

- On the outset of your employment, you will be joining as Senior Customer Support Representative wherein you will be introduced to a world in which you are provided with a comprehensive training in all the major streams including Customer Service and Operations on each level of your growth. You would be provided with handsome remuneration with basic salary and performance based incentives.

Salary Take Home : Rs.18000/- to Rs. 25000/- per month.

Job Location : Yeshwanth, Bengaluru.

Languages : Excellent English, Hindi (Mandatory).

Job Role : Customer Support Representative/ Senior Customer Support Representative.

Job Type: Travel help desk (Voice).

Experience : 0 - 2 years of experience in relevant field of Senior CSR .

Work Timings : Male candidates - Rotational Shifts and Female Candidates- Day shift - 6:00am to 7:00pm (Rotational week offs).

Cab Facility : No Cabs Provided (Shifts are given considering Public transport or Candidate having their own Transport).

Week Off: 1 day rotational Off.

Age : 18 Years to 34 Years.

Qualification Required : Any stream Degree or 10 + 2 (PUC) can apply. Having relevant Travel

Desk experience is an added advantage.

Summary of Job :

As the part of the responsibility, you shall be the voice of the Concierge services. We focus to provide :

- Exceptional customer service to all enquiries, Emails, offers suggestions.

- Being polite, flexible and accommodating in efficiently handle large call volume

- Achieve and Maintain a consistent image of the service through performance and service orientation

- Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations to achieve customer delight.
