Brief description of the Profile :

On the outset of your employment, you will be joining as Senior Customer Support Representative wherein you will be introduced to a world in which you are provided with a comprehensive training in all the major streams including Customer Service and Operations on each level of your growth. You would be provided with handsome remuneration with basic salary and performance based incentives.

Salary: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- per month.

Job Location: Bengaluru

Languages: Excellent English, Hindi (Optional)

Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM/ 10 AM to 7 PM/ 11 AM to 8 PM (with rotational week offs).

- As the part of the responsibility, you shall be the voice of the Concierge desk services for a global leading bank. We focus to provide :
