1.Respond to customer queries promptly via phone & Email
2.Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines
3.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments within the deadlines
4. At times, educate the customers on training certifications on the Trakinvest Platform
5.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
