About the Role :
We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our eCommerce business.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), Display -Advertising, and potentially affiliate marketing.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to ensure relevant messaging and offers are reaching the right customers.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and offers to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
- Work closely with the eCommerce and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications :
-2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the eCommerce industry.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display Advertising.
-Proven track record of success in driving sales and conversions through performance marketing campaigns.
-Excellent analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
-Experience with campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-A passion for eCommerce and a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies.
