TrainMe - Manager - Customer Relationship (0-3 yrs)
At TrainMe Fitness (www.trainmenow.in), we are looking for people who are focusing on building a career. Currently, we have a position for Customer Relationship Manager who is proactive, optimist, and has great communication with interpersonal skills.
Relationship Manager will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects into happy customers.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate with excellent communication skills
0 to 3 years of experience in Corporate sales / Business development / Space Selling/ Ad sales / Realty sales
Should be an achiever with willingness to take on challenging targets & build the business
A great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to build teams
Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements
Highly energetic, savvy, professional with proven competencies in learning new products and services, new markets, new verticals
Excellent verbal & written communication, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, integrity
