Job Responsibilities :

- Create kickass content for the organization's marketing initiatives: in-store, website, owned, earned & paid media (primarily social media, email marketing and blog).

- Stay updated with the latest- content- creation tools and platforms, research on the latest trends and best practices for content creation and adopt them.

- Measure the success of content created using relevant metrics and improve quality.

- Develop engaging news stories and communication for external audiences.

- Write online content ensuring it is relevant, current and engaging.

- Collate material internally and liaise with web publishing and web site content writing.

- Work with the group, marketing and sales team to plan a content strategy.

- Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
