Salary: - 1.80 LPA + - 50K Monthly Incentives

Role Overview:
- The Institute Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding TrainingInbox's relationships with colleges and institutions.
- This role combines relationship management, hiring and recruitment, and sales responsibilities.
- A strong emphasis will be placed on achieving target-based goals, with significant rewards tied to performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Management & Recruitment :
- Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers across colleges and institutions, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Engage institutions through presentations, workshops, and meetings to promote TrainingInbox's services and student development programs.
Sales & Revenue Growth :
- Promote TrainingInbox's programs to partner institutions, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships, upselling, and cross-selling TrainingInbox services.
Hiring and Recruitment Support :
- Facilitate discussions with colleges and institutions to promote internship and placement opportunities for students enrolled in TrainingInbox programs.
Client Engagement and Support :
- Ensure client satisfaction, regularly visiting institutions and supporting program implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Research & Strategy Development :
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine strategies for client engagement and maximize partnership impact.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Reporting and Analysis :
Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, revenue generated, and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master's preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relationship management, sales, or client engagement within education or EdTech. (Fresher Can Also Apply). Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving client satisfaction.
Technical Requirements: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Functional laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
