Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable training modules
- Work closely with the Head of Training and Content to generate effective lesson plans
- Ability to effectively create lesson plans for training modules
- Abilities to create engaging training experiences for adult learners
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience :
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Freshers can also apply
- Previous experience working in an education institute preferred not mandatory
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Communication, or related field
- Familiarity with tools, MS Office or Google Suite
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially SEO
- Willingness to multitask and take new initiatives
- Creativity and a keen eye for details
