About the Role

As a Tele Sales - Career Counsellor, you will play a key role in helping students and professionals choose the right training programs while achieving sales targets. This is a target-driven sales role requiring dedication and the ability to handle high call volumes and convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Target-Driven Sales : Engage with potential students and professionals, advising them on the best programs that align with their career goals.

- Lead Management : Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information on TrainingInbox's offerings.

- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through strategic engagement and effective lead conversion.

- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

- Sales Strategy Development : Contribute to the development of sales strategies aimed at maximizing lead conversion rates.

What We are Looking For

- A Bachelor's Degree (Freshers are encouraged to apply!)

- Must have a functional laptop and stable internet connection

-Strong communication skills-both verbal and written

-Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales targets consistently

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of daily customer interactions

- Comfortable making 100-120 calls per day to prospective learners
