- Identify & Bridge Skill Gaps: Assess team capabilities, pinpoint development areas, and implement training plans for continuous growth.

- Inspire & Lead: Foster a learning culture by leading with passion, setting an example, and motivating your team to reach new heights.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on experience in field sales and marketing (BFSI experience is a plus).

- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and coach sales teams to success.

- Passion for Training: A genuine interest in the development and growth of your team members.
