Training Manager - Insurance (7-10 yrs)
Qualifications and education requirements :
- MBA /Any graduate (Female candidate require)
Work Experience : Minimum 7 to 10 years
- Should know Hindi language, open to travel. (Agency Channel)
Age : Upto 40 years
CTC : 8 - 10 lac
Reporting location : SLIC Head office .
Designation: Training Manager
Key Requirements :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and engage with people
- Having excellent track record in sales training
- Experience in Insurance sector is a must, with experience in sales is highly desirable
- Exposure to Power Point, Sales Aides preparation is mandatory
- Fluency in Hindi language is mandatory
Responsibilities :
- Strategize and plan training initiatives for the Sales team of assigned Channels basis their business requirement, knowledge & skill gaps identified
- To deliver channel specific training programs basis the training need analysis
- Training activities are delivered as per the training calendar.
- Sharing Training dashboard & key insights post the completion of training programs
- Collaborate cross functionally for inputs and insights into competence development initiatives, build a buy-in and effectively manage internal relationships
- Explore innovative techniques and leverage technology to increase the reach and effectiveness of training initiatives
- Seek feedback on the effectiveness from the Channels and review the sales team performance to evaluate the business impact of the training initiatives
- Ensure regular and accurate update of Training data on the systems
